Our commitment

Auxer is committed to making the Cola Cultivator website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies. We believe inclusive design is good design, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice — not a one-time checklist.

Conformance standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and learning differences.

This site is also designed with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act in mind.

Accessibility features on this site

• Keyboard navigation. Every interactive control can be reached and operated with the keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link appears on focus at the top of every page.
• Visible focus indicators. Focused buttons, links, and form fields display a clear high-contrast outline.
• Semantic structure. Pages use proper landmarks (nav, main, footer) and a logical heading hierarchy so screen readers can navigate by region and topic.
• Descriptive alt text. Informative images include text alternatives; purely decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Labeled forms. Every form field has an associated visible or screen-reader-only label, plus inline validation and an aria-live status region for feedback.
• Sufficient contrast. Body text and interactive controls meet or exceed the WCAG AA 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (UI) contrast ratios.
• Responsive layout. Content reflows cleanly across phones, tablets, and desktops, and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of information.
• Reduced motion. Scroll-reveal animations are disabled for visitors who set prefers-reduced-motion in their operating system.
• High-contrast support. Stronger borders and outlines are applied when prefers-contrast: more is requested by the browser or OS.
• No motion-triggered content. Nothing on the site flashes, autoplays, or auto-scrolls in a way that could trigger seizures or vestibular disorders.

Known limitations

We are committed to continuous improvement. Areas we are still actively working on:

• Adding closed captions and audio descriptions to any future product video content.
• Providing a downloadable transcript for any future podcast or interview content.

How we assess accessibility

We test the site with a combination of:

• Automated tooling (axe DevTools, Lighthouse, WAVE).
• Manual keyboard-only navigation.
• Screen reader spot-checks (VoiceOver on macOS / iOS, NVDA on Windows, TalkBack on Android).
• Color-contrast verification against WCAG AA thresholds.
• User feedback from members of the disability community.

No automated tool catches everything. If you find something we missed, please reach out.

We review and update this accessibility statement at least once per year, and whenever we ship significant changes to the website. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
